Postage, Payment, Layby & Returns

POSTAGE

Delivery is via Australia Post. Here are the postage options - please note that there are several choices of postage available at the checkout & these amounts are available to select for any size order delivered Australia wide. Please note if you are located in New Zealand or you are a Business or Company wanting to place a high volume/bulk order please contact me via email to discuss postage costs before placing your order.

Standard Postage for orders under $300 $6.00

Registered Standard Postage for orders under $300 $8.80

Parcel Postage - Flat Rate (Nappy Bags) $10.00

Registered Parcel Postage - Flat Rate (Nappy Bags) $12.80

Free Shipping Conditions - this option is only available to the public NOT Companies or a Business wanting to place high volume/bulk orders. Please contact me first for shipping costs if you are a Company or Business wanting to make a high volumn bulk order.

Please note that it is strongly recommended that you choose one of the registered postage options. The registered option is traceable & includes insurance up to the value of $100. Top up insurance can be purchased at a rate of $1.30 per additional $100 required. To select the addional insurance option please advise me at the checkout & I will send you an invoice & payment instructions for the additional costs.

Please ensure that you select Parcel Postage or Registered Parcel Postage at the checkout if you are purchasing a Nappy Bag. If your order is above $300 do not worry about selecting this option as postage is free for orders over $300. If you are ordering a Nappy Bag along with additional items please select either Parcel Postage or Registered Parcel postage at the checkout.

Express Postage is available - if you would like this postage option please contact me & I will advise the cost. Express postage is charged at actual Australia Post Rate.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR ORDERS SENT VIA STANDARD POSTAGE... Should any items sent via Standard Postage be lost by Australia Post (which is quite rare for this to happen), I will assist you as much as possible to help relocate. Please contact me as soon as possible if your item/s is late, lost or damaged & I will do my best to help as much as possible. Please also be aware that once your items have left Cloth My Bot we cannont take any responsibiltiy for lost or damaged items. Cloth My Bot is NOT obligated to provide a refund or replacement for any items lost, damaged or arrive late.

Cloth My Bot strive to have your purchased items sent the next business day on payment clearing & stock permitting. Australia Post can take 2 to 7 business days & it can also be affected on your location.

PAYMENT

Cloth My Bot except the following payments

Visa, Mastercard & Debit Cards via Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to pay via this method)

Bank Transfer via Paypal (you will need a Paypal account for this function to work, ie you can transfer from your
paypal account or bank account).

Australia Post Money Order

Bank Cheque

Personal Cheque

Direct Deposit via internet banking or through any National Australia Bank (bank account details are given at the
checkout when you select this method of payment).

No orders are sent until funds are cleared. All cheques & money orders are to be made out to Cloth My Bot & posted to PO Box 361 The Gap Qld 4061.

LAYBY

Cloth My Bot Offer The Following Layby Period

3 months (12 weeks) for all laybys under $500

4 months (16 weeks) for all laybys over $500

A 10% deposit is required within 7 days of invoice issued. At Cloth My Bot we do understand that the initial cost when purchasing cloth nappies can be quite big, so I hope this option can be a helpful way to purchase your products. CANCELLATIONS OF LAYBY

If you decide to cancel your layby with Cloth My Bot please be advised that the 10% deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE. All other payments made on your layby will be refunded.
