Express Postage Note - if your order is too big to fit into an Extra Large 5kg Express Satchel or weighs over 5kg additional postage fees may apply (For larger orders above 5kg that do not fit into Express Postage Satchels, please be advised that the cost can be very expensive and I am unable to absorb the additional costs, but I will contact you first before sending.)
Free Shipping Conditions - this option is only available to the public NOT Companies or a Business wanting to place high volume/bulk orders. Please contact me first for shipping costs if you are a Company or Business wanting to make a high volumn bulk order.
Please note that Extra Cover can be added to your signature on delivery postage option. This can be purchased at the rate of $1.50 per $100 value. To select the additional insurance option please advise me at the checkout & I will send you an invoice & payment instructions for the additional costs.
SPECIAL NOTE - All shipping options are trackable, but are not insured (as per new postage options with Australia Post). Additional insurance is available as listed above. Once your items have left Cloth My Bot and have been handed onto Australia Post, it then becomes their responsibility. Cloth My Bot is NOT obligated to provide a refund or replacement for any items lost, damaged or arrive late. Should any items sent become lost by Australia Post (which is quite rare for this to happen), I will assist you as much as possible to help relocate. Please contact me as soon as possible if your item/s is late, lost or damaged & I will do my best to help as much as possible.
Cloth My Bot strive to have your purchased items sent the next business day on payment clearing & stock permitting. Australia Post can take between 2 to 7 business days & it can also be affected on your location.
Cloth My Bot except the following payments
Visa, Mastercard & Debit Cards via Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to pay via this method)
Bank Transfer via Paypal (you will need a Paypal account for this function to work, ie you can transfer from your     paypal account or bank account).
Australia Post Money Order
Direct Deposit via internet banking or through any National Australia Bank (bank account details are given at the     checkout when you select this method of payment).
No orders are sent until funds are cleared. All cheques & money orders are to be made out to Cloth My Bot & posted to PO Box 361 The Gap Qld 4061.
Cloth My Bot Offer The Following Layby Period
3 months (12 weeks) for all laybys under $500
4 months (16 weeks) for all laybys over $500
A 10% deposit is required within 7 days of invoice issued. At Cloth My Bot we do understand that the initial cost when purchasing cloth nappies can be quite big, so I hope this option can be a helpful way to purchase your products. CANCELLATIONS OF LAYBY
If you decide to cancel your layby with Cloth My Bot all payments made on your layby with the exception of a $15 handling/admin fee will be refunded. The $15 handling/admin fee is to cover costs associated with cancelling your order, unpackaging and returning your items to stock.
