Please note that it is strongly recommended that you choose one of the registered postage options. The registered option is traceable & includes insurance up to the value of $100. Top up insurance can be purchased at a rate of $1.35 per additional $100 required. To select the additional insurance option please advise me at the checkout & I will send you an invoice & payment instructions for the additional costs.
Express Postage is available - if you would like this postage option please contact me & I will advise the cost. Express postage is charged at actual Australia Post Rate.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR ORDERS SENT VIA STANDARD POSTAGE... Should any items sent via Standard Postage be lost by Australia Post (which is quite rare for this to happen), I will assist you as much as possible to help relocate. Please contact me as soon as possible if your item/s is late, lost or damaged & I will do my best to help as much as possible. Please also be aware that once your items have left Cloth My Bot we cannont take any responsibiltiy for lost or damaged items. Cloth My Bot is NOT obligated to provide a refund or replacement for any items lost, damaged or arrive late.
Cloth My Bot strive to have your purchased items sent the next business day on payment clearing & stock permitting. Australia Post can take 2 to 7 business days & it can also be affected on your location.

Cloth My Bot Offer The Following Layby Period
3 months (12 weeks) for all laybys under $500
4 months (16 weeks) for all laybys over $500
A 10% deposit is required within 7 days of invoice issued. At Cloth My Bot we do understand that the initial cost when purchasing cloth nappies can be quite big, so I hope this option can be a helpful way to purchase your products. CANCELLATIONS OF LAYBY
If you decide to cancel your layby with Cloth My Bot please be advised that the 10% deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE. All other payments made on your layby will be refunded.
