Starbunz Pockets are wonderfully adjustable, as you stuff them to the desired amount. I do suggest using a Starbunz Pocket Insert during the day & a folded prefold nappy at night.
Starbunz Pocket nappies are originally designed to have a trimmer mid section for less bulk between the legs. For this reason, Starbunz have developed their own contoured quick-dry butterfly insert for use with these pocket nappies, Most inserts will work with your Starbunz pocket nappy with little or no alterations, but in case a perfect fit is not found, simply fold your insert appropriately.
