These Inserts are designed for the Starbunz AIO nappies only. The absorbent core is made from a cotton based knit sherpa that will hold what you need - topped with microfleece to keep baby dry. The pads are snapped to each other in a way that will allow them to become completely clean in the washer & easily dry in the dryer, but more importantly, they are replaceable. That means if you want to change the Nappy without changing the animal, it becomes possible to unsnap the used soaker & snap another soaker pad set to the shell!
