How Many Nappies
This will all depend on whether you want to use cloth nappies on a part-time or full-time basis & how often you would like to wash your nappies. It also comes down to how many times a day do you change your baby & what style of nappy am I wanting. Remember that a newborn generally goes through about 10 to 12 nappies a day, but decreases to about 6 to 8 nappy changes a day when your baby is a little older (around 6 to 9 months). Special Note -a cloth nappy is changed more frequently than a disposable nappy.

Buying large quantities of nappies in the packages section will certainly save you $$$. Remember you can also build your nappy stash slowly. Try a few different nappies to see what suits you best. A minimum of 24 nappies is recommended for full-time use.
I personally like to have a selection of nappies for my daughter. My nappy stash has a combination of Flat, Prefolds, Fitted, Pocket, All In One & All In Two Nappies along with some Covers, Boosters, Flushable Liners & Staydry Liners. I like to use my Pocket & All In One/All In Two Nappies for going out & about. I use my Flat, Prefolds & Fitted with a Cover during the day. For night time I really like to use my Pocket or Bamboo Fitted Nappies along with extra boosters just incase extra wetting occurs. You can boost your Night Time Nappies as much as you like, simply lay a booster inside the nappy if you are unable to stuff the pocket of your Pocket Nappy any further & then use a Wool or Fleece Cover. Don't ever stress about using a cloth nappy at night time. Remember add boosters or try the Bubblebubs Good Night Sleep Tight Nappy with a Wool or Fleece Cover (its a fabulous nappy, especially for heavy wetter's).
