Exchange/Change Of Mind
At Cloth My Bot there is a 14day return policy for non faulty products as long as they are NOT USED, WORN OR WASHED. They must be clean & in resalable condition with all packaging & accessories as received. Please note that any items washed or used CANNOT BE RETURNED. Postage charges will NOT be refunded. The cost to return any items is at your expense. For Exchange or Change of Mind once your items have been returned & received by me you will be given a store credit to the value of the item only (postage fees from the order will NOT be refunded). This store credit can be used at the checkout on your next purchase. Alternatively if you are just exchanging the item ie different size, colour, style I am happy to just reissue you with a new invoice for the postage & additional charges (ie some nappy brands have different prices for different sizing). Payment must be received before any items are sent. Please also be advised that no items will be sent nor will the store credit be issued until I have received the items back in clean & resalable condition with all packages & accessories as they were received.
Cloth My Bot take no responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit when returning so it is strongly advised that you use registered postage & insurance.
Refund of Money
At Cloth My Bot we also offer a refund of your money (subject to approval) within 14 days of purchase for non faulty products as long as they are NOT USED, WORN OR WASHED. They must be clean & in resalable condition with all packaging & accessories as received. Please note that any items washed or used CANNOT BE RETURNED. Postage charges will NOT be refunded. The cost to return any items is at your expense. You will also incur a 5% handling fee (to cover administrative & bank fees). Your refund will be the "total of sale - less postage - less a 5% handling fee". Funds are returned via cheque, direct deposit or paypal if you paid via that method.

Ordering
All orders are to be placed online & I accept payments with Visa/Master Card, Money Order, Direct Deposit or Cheque.
Orders are sent once funds are cleared (as long as they are in stock), so if you wish to change your order please contact me ASAP via email with your changes.
If you wish to CANCEL your order it can be done so as long as it has not be sent/processed. You will be refunded the amount less a handling fee of $5 if the items have not been sent. If the items have been sent refer to the Exchange/Change Of Mind Policies above.
