Cloth My Bot will under no circumstances divulge your details and/or information to any third parties. All of your information is kept strictly confidential. Please be aware that to place an order with Cloth My Bot certain information is required from you. The type of customer information required includes your name, address, contact phone & email address. This information is used for billing & delivery purposes & to receive if requested any updates, promotions & specials I have.

Cloth My Bot strives to delivery products of a very high standard that are good quality & safe for use. The information I provide is from my suppliers/manufactures at the time of purchase. All information is listed on my website against each product sold. This information is current & updated when any changes are advised from my suppliers/manufactures.
Customers please be advised that it is your responsibility to ensure that products purchased are suitable for use. Cloth My Bot are not liable & will bear no liability due to any inaccuracy or misleading information, loss or damage caused by the information detailed on this site.
Returns - DO NOT POST ANY PRODUCT BACK UNTIL YOU HAVE CONTACTED ME FIRST
At Cloth My Bot it is very important that you are satisfied & very happy with your purchases. Please note that any items washed or used CANNOT BE RETURNED. I check all products before posting to ensure that they are not faulty, however should you receive an item & it is faulty please contact me immediately & I am only to happy to exchange it for you as long as it has not been washed or used.
Each supplier has different warranty/manufacturer terms & conditions for their products, so if in the future you find any problems with the product please contact me so I can help to rectify & assess whether it is still covered under the manufacturers warranty for repair or replacement. Original Postage charges will NOT be refunded/reimbursed. For general returns the cost to return any items is at your expense (note refund of money will also incur a 5% handling fee to cover administration & bank fees). The handling fee is not applicable to faulty items or exchanges. Due to the postage prices, I am are unable to absorb this cost. The Postage cost to return any items is at your expense, unless we have sent you the incorrect items from your order or your item being returned is faulty.
FAULTY ITEMS - Postage to return item to me & to send a replacement to you is paid by Cloth My Bot.
ALL OTHER ITEMS - Postage to return to me & resend out is paid by the customer.
Cloth My Bot take no responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit when returning so it is strongly advised that you use registered postage & insurance.
