Complimentary Gift Wrapping
Cloth My Bot offer complimentary gift wrapping for any items purchased with us. All gifts are wrapped in a choice of White, Pastel Green, Powder Blue or Soft Pink Paper & finished off beautifully with a Green, Yellow, Pink or Blue Organza Ribbon. To have your items gift wrapped click on Shop then choose Gift Wrapping (listed under Categories) then choose your paper & ribbon choice. Gift tags are also attached with a special message & who it is from.
Stock
Items for sale at Cloth My Bot are generally in stock with the exception of some bulk packages. Bulk packages expected delivery time is between 1 to 2 weeks.
Out Of Stock Items
The number of orders I have coming through each day varies & due to this, occasionally my stock levels can reduce rapidly causing items to become out of stock. You can still purchase items not in stock, but please allow anywhere between 3 to 12 days delivery time once payment has cleared. In most cases I can get new stock in from my supplier within a day or so depending on their location. If you place an order it will advise you on the shopping cart if the item is out of stock along with the expected delivery time. I will contact you via email if the expected delivery time is longer than advised. I hope this does not inconvenience anyone in any way as I want my customers to be both happy with their purchase & with the service provided by Cloth My Bot.
Stock Items Listed As Pre Order
Any items that have Pre Order listed on them in the selection field can still be ordered & payment is required up front. This is generally for new stock lines that I have coming soon (within a month), on back order with my supplier or they are a special order in items only with my supplier - re they my be a special size ie extra small or extra large. I will contact you via email if the expected delivery time for any items that are pre order will take longer that a week to be delivered. Alternatively if you see an item on my website & it is listed in the drop down menu Pre Order (doesn't specify time frame) email me at kristin@clothmybot.com.au & I can let you know the expected arrival of this item & put you on the waiting list if you choose not to preorder so that when it arrives you won't miss out. Remember payment is required up front for any pre orders made.
Stock Items Listed As Temp Unavailable
Items listed as Temp Unavailable are completely out of stock with my supplier & estimated time of delivery is unknown. If an item is listed as Temp Unavailable, it is not able to be purchased until advised. If you are interested in purchasing any items listed as Temp Unavailable please advise me by email, listing the quantity, size if applicable, colour if applicable & style if applicable required & I will put you on a waiting list & advise you as soon as my stock has arrived. Please note that if you are on my waiting list for stock, you will get first preference to purchase to ensure that you receive your items promptly. Please note if I do not hear back from you within 2 weeks of notification that the stock has arrived, I will presume you no longer require the items & they will be sold to customers not on the waiting list.
