Postage

Delivery is via Australia Post. Here are the postage options - please note that there are several choices of postage available at the checkout. If you are located in New Zealand or you are a Business or Company wanting to place a high volume/bulk order please contact me via email to discuss postage costs before placing your order.

Orders Under $150 Express Postage - subject to below terms & conditions $11.50

Free Shipping Conditions - this option is only available to the public NOT Companies or a Business wanting to place high volume/bulk orders. Please contact me first for shipping costs if you are a Company or Business wanting to make a high volume bulk order.

Express Postage is available - if your order is too big to fit into an Extra Large 5kg Express Satchel or weighs over 5kg additional postage fees may apply (For larger orders above 5kg that don't fit into Express Postage Satchels, please be advised that the cost can be very expensive and I am unable to absorb the additional costs, but I will contact you first before sending.)

To select the additional insurance option please advise me at the checkout & I will send you an invoice & payment instructions for the additional costs.

Please note that it is strongly recommended that you choose one of the registered postage options. The registered option is traceable & includes insurance up to the value of $100. Top up insurance can be purchased at a rate of $1.35 per additional $100 required. SPECIAL NOTE FOR ORDERS SENT VIA STANDARD POSTAGE...
Standard Postage is now traceable, but not covered by insurance so in the event that your parcel is LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN the obligation lies with Australia Post not Cloth My Bot. Australia Post do cover some costs if your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged. Should any items sent via Standard Postage be lost by Australia Post (which is quite rare for this to happen), I will assist you as much as possible to help relocate. Please contact me as soon as possible if your item/s is late, lost or damaged & I will do my best to help as much as possible. Please also be aware that once your items have left Cloth My Bot we cannont take any responsibility for lost or damaged items. Cloth My Bot is NOT obligated to provide a refund or replacement for any items lost, damaged or arrive late. Cloth My Bot strive to have your purchased items sent the next business day on payment clearing & stock permitting. Australia Post can take 2 to 7 business days & it can also be affected on your location.

Payment

Cloth My Bot except the following payments - Accepts all major credit cards, debit cards & direct deposit via Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to pay via this method), Australia Post Money Order, Bank Cheque, Personal Cheque & Direct Deposit via internet banking or through any National Australia Bank. No orders are sent until funds are cleared. All cheques & money orders are to be made out to Cloth My Bot & posted to PO Box 361 The Gap Qld 4061.
